A Hotel Room in Munich

I’m told that the hotel I’m staying at in Munich is both well-known and highly regarded. The Opera Hotel on St. Anna Strasse is small and elegant as you enter. After so many cookie-cutter hotels, this boutique gem has helped me shrug off the woe-is-me of flying Coach across the helpless sea.
I was shown to my room and as I looked in, I stared. I believe that Martin Luther must have penned one of his sermons on the desk and hung up his cloak in the chifforobe.
The chair, though, must be sat in as no historical reference can do it justice. Ask for Room 46 ….
(So, there is no confusion, I have tremendous affection and will long remember my alcove.)
